Enjoy a vacation at our Napili Bay beachfront condominium, with a spectacular ocean view of the ever-changing Pacific. Just a few steps from your lanai is the beautiful white sand beach of Napili Bay, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and just plain relaxing in the sun or shade of a tall coconut tree. Stroll along the tropical shore to good restaurants as the sun sets over our neighbor island of Molokai. Or enjoy one of your own home cooked meals overlooking the blue Pacific. Also markets, fine shops, and great golf are within walking distance.
Napili Bay is the real Maui, a quiet residential neighborhood where children play happily on the beach and the living is easy. Away from the bustle and congestion of high rise resorts, the affordable accommodations are furnished in island decor. Accommodations include a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, color TV and a lanai with great whale watching. On the grounds there is a private courtyard with barbecue, telephone, and laundry facilities.

Policies
Full payment for the rental is due when the unit is booked.
If a cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival the full payment will be returned.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit a 3-day rental fee. If the unit is re-rented this fee will be waived.
All stays are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.
Check-In Time is 2:00p.m.
Check-Out Time is 10:00a.m.
Please leave all keys at the condo on your departure.
The condo is non-smoking
The Napili Bay condos are individually owned and equipped with their own unique contents. Please do not move items between condos.
The maximum occupancy is two persons including children of all ages.
